Passion. Experience. Dedication.

Matthew Carfo has been surrounded by collector cars since birth. His father is an avid muscles car enthusiast and had multiple classic Mopar’s while Matt was a child. Watching his father resurrect a 1965 Dodge Coronet stands out as a favorite memory of growing up.

As a teenager, Matt began repairing anything with an engine including lawn equipment until he finally was able to purchase a rough go-kart. Matthew rebuilt the entire kart including installing a new engine, replacing the brakes, repainting the frame and re-upholstering the seat. Once able to drive, Matt began repairing his own cars, including a 1985 El camino SS and 1986 Camaro. Not bad for 16 years old!

At the age of 17, Matt began working for one of largest automotive restoration facilities in Connecticut. Matt was able to learn all aspects of restoration with a wide range of makes and models. Moving on, Matt went to work a smaller more detail oriented facility where he worked alongside one of the best Ferrari mechanics since the 1960’s. This is where Matt honed his skills of engine building, machining, and the ability to repair anything.

Today, Matt has decided he wants to focus on the customer, making this hobby enjoyable for all parties involved. Whether your car is a weekend cruiser, high performance race car, or a show winning million dollar collectable, Matt can assist with your needs.
